Document Description
PCWA board of Directors declared a water shortage emergency due to severe drought conditions on February 6, 2014. These drought conditions are continuing into 2015. Therefore implementation of restricted water allocation to Zone 5 is necessary to meet human health, sanitation and safety requirements and distribute supplies equitably consistent with the most recent water supply projections. PCWA will implement restrictions in accordance with its Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
