Document Description
The United States Geological Survey (USGS), on behalf of the Southern California Seismic Network (SCSN), will build three Earthquake Early Warning Stations in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Each of the three Earthquake Early Warning Stations consist of two small structures: Structure 1 will house the solar array, backup power, satellite tracking receiver/antenna and a radio for real-time data transfer. Structure 2 will house the datalogger and two earthquake sensors. These two structures will be connected by an underground 1 1/2" PVC conduit.
