Document Description
A resolution making application to the Sacramento Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) requesting annexation of lands within the Southeast Policy Area and adjoining lands in teh Laguna Ridge Specific Plan to the Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) and Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (SRCSD). Annexation of this area will allow for the extension of sewer infrastructure into this area as part of future development.

The Annexation of SEPA properties to SASD and SRCSD was considered in the SEPA EIR. None of the provisions of CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, which specifies when a subsequent EIR is required, are applicable as there are no changes to the project, no changes to the circumstances under which the project was udnertaken, and no new information of substantial importance.
