The Project is to perform routine maintenance activities to maintain capacity and flood control function of 11 facilities throughout San Bernardino County. Those routine maintenance activities include: backfill channel side-slopes; excavation of channel bottoms; culvert clearing; trash and debris removal; and vegetation management. The proposed activities for each facility are the same and their effects on water quality are similar.
