The project involves removal of 1 inch of Open Graded Asphalt Concrete (OGAC), seal the cracks, and overlay with Rubberized Hot Mix (RHMA) Type-G on the travel way and shoulders. Construction would match the existing highway dimesions with the edge of travel and coldplane and overlay the hihways on-ramps and off-ramps in this segment, with ADA ramp construction where ramps meet local roads. Minor right-of-way is required.
