Document Description
Century Mobile Home Park is located in the southeast area of Stockton, approx. 500 feet south of the City limits, at the southeast corner of the Sunny Road and Kingsley Road (commonly referred to as the SR 99 Frontage Road) intersection. The proposed 12 inch water main would be extended south from the City of Stockton's existing 12-inch water main along SR 99 Frontage Road approx. 1,400 feet and terminate at the south boundary of the MHP. The pipeline would also be extended east from the SR 99 Frontage Road approx. 300 feet within the paved section of Sunny Road alignment and would terminate at the east boundary of the MHP. SR 99 Frontage Road crosses over the existing alignment of the Weber Slough, which is contained in a concrete box culvert; the new pipeline will be constructed to cross Weber Slough above the concrete box culvert.
