The proposed project is a new lease with Caliber Body Works, Inc., for operation of a collision repair shop at an existing 43,048-square-foot site located at 1411 West Palm Street in the City of San Diego, California. Additionally, improvements to two existing on-site buildings - a main building of approximately 23,288 square feet and a back building of approximately 4,883 square feet (totaling approximately 28,171 square feet) - and to the existing parking lot are included as part of the proposed project. The area proposed for use under this lease will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of auto body collision repair shop including metal cutting, welding, grinding, sanding, filling, painting and detailing of an auto body and its parts, and for no other purposes whatsoever.
