Document Description
The proposed project is the replacement of an existing trailer/modular building at the San Diego Harbor Police Headquarters complex. The building is utilized by Harbor Police staff, including Patrol Officers, Canine Officers, and Supervising Sergeants. The existing building is approximately 1,440 square feet (sf) and consists of four on-grade trailer-type structures. The proposed building is approximately 2,160 sf. The project also includes removal of an existing approximately 128 sf storage shed, which is located adjacent to the building. The existing trailer structure is leased by the District and will be removed by the lessor upon request by the District. Disassembly and removal of the existing modular building is anticipated to take approximately three days.
