Eastern Municipal Water District (District) proposes a preventative maintenance project for the replacement of air release and vacuum valves (air/vac) on the Reach 4 Inland Empire Brine Pipelines. The nine mile stretch of pipelines run from the District's Sun City Treatment Plant, along Railroad Canyon Road on the south side of Canyon Lake, and along the north east side of Lake Elsinore.
