Document Description
DWR staff remove a beaver den from a drainage ditch that flows into the Clifton Court Forebay intake canal. The den is located between the boat launch ramp and Fisherman's Point along the east side of the Forebay Intake Canal. The total footprint on the site measures .27 acre. The den will be cleared using an excavator and the den material shall be crushed back to earthen material on site or transported to a local landfill, depending on amount of material. The disposal site is a continuously disturbed area where DWR routinely places spoils from projects at Clifton Court Forebay.
