Document Description
The Long Valley Ranger Station, in continuous use 1963, is in need of maintenance and repair. Exterior work will include repairs to the wood siding, deck refinishing, and repainting the ranger station, shed, and deck rails. Interior repairs will include new flooring, repairs to water damaged and cracked ceilings and walls, new kitchen cabinet hardware and laminate countertops, and new paint throughout. Window blinds and light fixtures will be replaced. Paint colors and flooring will match existing. All work will be done to the Secretary's Standards.
