The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to enter into a ten year routine maintenance agreement (RMA) with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), under the Streambed Alteration program (1602). This RMA would cover work occurring on state highway drainage facilities, in waterways in Caltrans' District 10, in the following counties: Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, and San Joaquin.
