To prepare the existing school campus on the site for reopening as a public school for the 2016-17 school year, the District proposes to implemental several improvements on the site: *Approximately 10,000 square feet of new instructional and administrative buildings; *Interior and exterior remodeling of approximately 24,000 square feet of existing classrooms and ancillary buildings; *Reconfiguration of existing parking areas and drive aisles; *Construction of a new amphitheater; and *New landscaping and turf area.
