CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0103-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC.
The project consists of removal of trees and riparian vegetation and construction of residential townhomes within the riparian area of Carbonera Crek, as part of a larger housing development. The project will affect Carbonera Creek by the removal of 0.53 acres and 1,112 linear feet of riparian vegetation, including 19 trees; subsequent soil disturbance from riparian vegetation removal; and grading activities along the south and east edges of the project, up slope from the Carbonera Creek stream bank.
