CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0201-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, DWR, Flood Maintenance Office, as represented by Dave Wheeldon. Project is limited to channel maintenance activities including debris and/or obstruction removal, vegetation management and wildlife damage management activities including rodent control (i.e. beaver) within Western Pacific Interceptor Canal. Maintenance work may occur as needed anytime throughout the year and will take approx. 1.5 months per year.
