Document Description
The City of Santa Clara prepared an Addendum#1 to the Mission Town Center FEIR that certified in February 2016. The EIR considered 385 dwelling units, 27,000 sq. ft. of retail; the Council approved project includes 355 apartment units including 8 live-work units, approx. 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space and potentially an additional 2,364 sq. ft. of commercial space within 8 live-work units. General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Vesting Tentative Parcel Map, Development Agreement Amendment and Ordinance (APNs: 230-07-002, -004, -009, 010, -013, -029, -031, -034, -038, -053, -059, -060).
