The project applicant, Jackson Construction, is proposing to develop two four-story hotels and a 10,000 sf commercial retail building on the project site. The first phase of construction will include a 72,139 sf hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites, on the eastern portion of the site, which will consist of four floors with a total of approximately 117 rooms. Specific development plans have not been prepared for the second phase (a hotel and commercial retail building) at this time. Requested project approvals include a Staff-level Site Plan Review for the Hampton Inn & Suite hotel.
