Document Description
CDFW has issued a Major Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0375-R2 (Saratoga Estates Project).
The Major Amendment authorizes the construction of a 140-foot long 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe culvert crossing in the northernmost stream crossing area instead of the ConSpan bridge described in the original Agreement. An approx. 200 sq. ft. area of rip rap will be placed at the downstream end of the culvert pipe, and approx. 100 cubic yards of clean fill and earthen materials will be placed on the top and sides of the culvert to form the road crossing.
Construction of the culvert crossing will permanently impact 0.063 acre of perennial streambed and 0.023 acre of riparian habitat.
