The bridge footprint will permanently impact (shade) 0.01 acre of riparian habitat and 0.032 acre of annual grassland. The southernmost bridge ("East Saratoga Way Crossing") will measure approx... 84 feet wide by 160 feet long. The bridge will be installed on concrete footings and associated wing walls, which will be placed outside of the stream channel. The bridge footprint will permanently impact 0.02 acre of grassland The box culvert will measure approx... 24 feet wide and 125 feet long. The culvert structure will be installed on buried footings and will have a natural, open bottom. The culvert footprint will permanently impact 0.024 acre of annual grassland. The detention basin outfall will consist of a 60-inch long, 48 inch wide pipe with associated rockery walls and retaining walls. The basin outfall footprint will permanently impact 0.013 acre of annual grassland and 0.005 acre of disturbed/developed habitat. The project has been designed to incorporate permanent 40-foot open space buffers from the edge of the on-site streams and wetlands.
