Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0154-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Elliot Homes, Inc. Project is limited to mass grading for the development of a residential subdivision and two temporary crossings to be used during the construction process. The residential subdivision will develop at the 122-acre project site with 317 residential lots of various sizes, associated infrastructure, and approx. 42 acres of open space, which will include two public parks, a trail system, landscaping, and open space areas surrounding the unnamed tributary to Carson Creek that flows through the center of the project site. The crossings will each be composed of two 10-foot by 75-foot railcars placed over an embedded k-rail at each end. Temporarily compacted fill will be placed behind each k-rail.
