Document Description
The Applicant proposes a General Plan amendment and rezoning, a one-lot subdivision, Design Review, and tree removal and drip line encroachment permits to allow construction of seven two-story triplexes w/ common private drive aisle providing through-access between San Miguel and Sierra Drives. There are 46 on-site parking stalls, comprising 35 covered garages stalls and 11 surface spaces - includes an ADA-compliant van-accessible stall near the middle of the site. The unit types include a mix of 2BD and 3BD condos (1,300 sf to 1,800-1,900 sf). Common landscaping is providing throughout - each 3BD condo has private rear yard/patio or outdoor deck. Existing structures (seven duplexes and a single-family home) will be razed to accommodate 21 new du's (net gain of 6 new du's) within 0.25 miles of downtown Walnut Creek commercial district.
