Document Description
The project site is located on the north side of College Ave, adjacent to the City of Weed, approximately one mile west of S. Weed Blvd. Specifically, the approximately 52.2-acre project site is located on Siskiyou County APN 021-160-150 in Section 11 of Township 41 North, Range 5 West of the Mount Diablo Base Meridian. Water and sewage disposal would be provided by individual wells and sewage disposal systems. The site is primarily zoned Non-Prime Agricultural District (AG-2), with 3.7-acre portion of Proposed Parcel C being zoned Prime Agricultural District (AG-1). Allowable uses in both the AG-1 and AG-2 districts include agriculture, farm labor housing, and single-family dwellings. It is anticipated that the parcels will be developed with single-family residences.
