Document Description
Special Permit for development within a Streamside Management Area to construct two greenhouses, one bridge, and divert water at a rate of 2,500 gallons per day from the Mattrole River for agricultural and fire protection uses. A Riparian and Stream Assessment was conducted which includes a remediation plan. Mitigation measures include re-vegetating approximately 0.4 acres to enhance the riparian corridor. Additionally, bridge construction will enable the abandonment of vehicular access to a low water ford.
