The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0055-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the California Department of Water Resources. The Project includes routine maintenance activities related to bank stabilization and sediment removal from the Del Puerto Creek channel directly upstream of the inlet apron of the underchute of the California Aqueduct.
