Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number No. ALP-47551-R2,
pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Alpine County
Community Development as represented by Samuel Booth.
The project is limited to floodplain and streambed restoration efforts and public access facility
improvements in Markleeville, California. The restoration will include reconnecting 1.4 acres of
historic riparian areas and floodplains of Markleeville and Millberry Creeks by removing existing
floodwalls to restore the 100-year floodplain elevation.
