Document Description
The request is for two-parcel residential subdivision. The applicant proposes to subdivide an 11.22-acre property into two 5.61-acre parcels. The property is developed with a single-family residence, mobile home, and pond. Each of the proposed parcels would contain one of the existing dwellings. The residential development potential of the property is currently maximized. The division would increase the development potential of the property by allowing for a second residence to be developed on each of the resulting parcels. The applicant does not propose to construct any residences as part of this project. The recommended conditions of approval for the project include minor access, driveway, and water system improvements, including construction necessary to bring a driveway encroachment.
