Document Description
An update of the Housing Element of the General Plan, also known as General Plan Amendment GPA-90-15. The Project covers the 2015-2023 planning period. The Project contains an analysis of Pacifica's housing needs, constraints, and opportunities. It also contains goals, policies, and programs for housing and action programs which detail actions to be taken by the City. It further identifies housing sites to accommodate the City's Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). Sites identified do not represent specific proposals for new housing development; they are only sites where housing can be developed subject to future discretionary project determinations.
