The City of Pacifica has prepared and intends to adopt a Neg Dec that determines the update of the Housing Element of the General Plan, also known as General Plan Amendment GPA-90-15, will not have any significant effects on the environment. Last revised in 2012, the Project covers the 2015-2023 planning period. Project location is citywide. Project contains an analysis of Pacifica's housing needs, constraints, and opportunities. It also contains goals, policies, and programs for housing and action programs which detail actions to be taken by the City. Housing sites identified therein do not represent specific proposals for new housing development; they are only sites where housing can be developed.
