Document Description
Review and approval under the Napa County Viewshed Protection Program, as defined in Chapter 18.106 of the Napa County code, for construction of a replacement residence (approximately 6,982 sf), a three-car garage (approximately 650 sf), barn (approximately 1,297 sf), pool, fence, a new driveway, improvements to the existing driveway, installation of new landscaping (approximately 15,500 sf), and the demolition of the existing residence and pool. Additionally, review of a special fence permit for a fence greater than four feet in front yard setback, and an exception to the Napa County Roads and Streets Standards to modify the design of the new driveway.
