Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SMO-43302-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of San Mateo as represented by Sven Edlund.
The project is limited to: a) work activities needed to make improvements to the Arroyo Lift Station to address San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board (SFRWQCB) violations associated with discharges of sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs); b) A cease-and-desist order (CDO) from the SFRWQCB issued to the City of San Mateo includes requirements and provisions to resolve the causes of SSOs including rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pump stations.
