The area of potential affect and overall footprint of facilities has not changed since the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Report. The project consists of final design for an upgraded wastewater treatment plant located adjacent to the existing facility. The main project components include a new headworks and treatment process facility, administration and lab building, maintenance warehouse, a sidewalk around the site with public education materials, and new landscaping and fencing.
