Document Description
The project consists of the final design for an upgraded wastewater treatment plant located adjacent to the existing facility. The main project components include a new headworks and treatment process facility, administration and lab building, maintenance warehouse, a sidewalk around the site with public education materials, and new landscaping and fencing.
An Addendum to a FEIR was prepared for this project, the determinations provided below reflect the information contained in the Addendum document in the original Program EIR.
