Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0114-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mike Cortez/Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District. An estimated 9,450 cubic yards will be removed from an approx. 2,655 foot long channel covering 3.25 acres along Miller Creek. The channel bed will be lowered between the levees by an average of two feet. The channel bottom will be cut to have an approximate 10-foot wide flat bottom with 2:1 (horizontal: vertical) side slopes.
