Document Description
The project involves construction and operation of a new 446,173 SF industrial warehouse building, parking and infrastructure on APN 160-020-033 (23.5 acres) and construction of road improvements to allow overflow truck parking and secondary access to the north (via easements with Southern California Edison and the neighboring property owner to the north on portions of APNs 156-020 and 160-020-033). The project will modify existing Riverside County Flood Control facilities located along the eastern and southern boundary. The existing open channel will be relocated and covered. An existing detention basin would be relocated to a portion of APN 160-020-023 generally at generally located at the southeast corner of the site. Project improvements would be required to allow shared truck access with the adjacent warehouse facility to the west.
