The proposed project consists of a "cap in place" (RCRA modified Cap) Remedial action as recommended in the Department of the Navy's (DoN) Proposed Plan/Draft Remedial Action Plan to Amended Closure/PostClosure Plan details the procedures that will be followed when the IWTP1 undergoes formal closure. All remedial actions that will occur during implementation of this Record of Decision/Remedial Action Plan will meet RCRA closure provisions.
