Document Description
The project involves the demolition of the existing site improvements and the construction of a 10-unit, 2-story, detached residential development per the R1 zone development standards. This is an amended project to the original project, which was originally proposed as a 13-unit, 2-story, detached residential development per the Small Lot Residential Development standards. The original project proposed a rezone to PDR-LD (Planned Development Residential-Low Density), and the amended project proposes a rezone to R1 (Single Family Residential District). The amended project is not considered a substantial revision, as the amended project creates no new avoidable significant effects, nor are any new mitigation measures required. This 20 extended review period is a courtesy to public.
