The project is for the DTSC approval of the Proposed Plan to address soil and groundwater contamination at the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Site 5 Cluster (Site 5C or "the Site") on Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), an active United States Air Force (USAF) installation near Lompoc, CA. This project will be performed in accordance with the Final Feasibility Study Report prepared for USAF by Tetra Tech, Inc., November 2011, which is incorporated by reference.
