Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a six-hole "pitch and putt" golf course and associated cart paths; one tennis court with an adjacent shade structure; and portable hitting cages (for golf practice) to provide additional active recreational opportunities exclusively for residents of the Morningside Retirement Community (a Planned Residential Development). The project includes a small spanning bridge to avoid impacts to jurisdictional areas ("waters of the State") and "waters of the U.S."). The golf course would be constructed using synthetic permeable turf. The proposed golf course and tennis court would be open to users until dusk; additional lighting is not proposed.
