Document Description
The proposed project would involve development of nine single-family residences on the approximate 2.25-acre project site. Streets dedications on Fulvia Street and Hymettus Avenue as well as the private access easements would total about 0.09 acre, resulting in a net developable area of about 2.16 acres. An approximate 0.08-acre portion of the site would serve as a drainage and stormwater treatment basin in the northwest corner of the site.
