Document Description
The District proposes to construct and operate a sports complex project by providing new 997-seat bleachers, replacing the existing track and field with a synthetic field and rubber track, and providing various associated facilities (proposed project or sports complex). The 720-seat home bleachers would be on the north side of the 277-seat visitor bleachers would be on the south side. Nighttime lighting, a press box (240 sf) on the home-side bleachers, and a public address system would be provided. A building containing visitor restrooms, concession, and ticket booth (1,975 sf) and a home restroom building (1,130 sf) near the entry plaza would be developed. The new lighting system would consist of 6 poles, 80 or 90 feet tall with 18 luminaries per pole, normally operating from 6 PM until 10 PM.
