Document Description
The proposed project involves implementing a renewable microgrid at the TAMT in accordance with Mitigation Measure Greenhouse Gas No. 6, which was identified in the Final EIR for the TAMT Redevelopment Plan Project. The design includes Retrofitting the roof at TAMT either Warehouse B or Warehouse C Retrofitting existing high mast lighting (approx. 29 light poles) to energy efficient site lighting. Installing of a 700 kilowatt solar PV system on Warehouse B or C between 30,000 & 60,000 SF in size. Installing a 700 kW/2,500 kilowatt hour ground mounted battery system. Minor trenching and repaving. Installing various electrical upgrades.
