Document Description
Proposed project is for the near term Demolition and Initial Rail Component Project, which would demolish two under-utilized transit sheds and install an automated rail lubricator and compressed air system on existing tracks. As a result of final engineering design that was completed in May 2017, the project results in a 5,000 sq. ft. modular office facility instead of 3,600 sq. ft., a new 780-sq. ft. support structure located at the southern end of the terminal, and other minor, technical changes to the project's utility improvements and grading. No changes were made to the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal's long-term Redevelopment Plan.
