Document Description
The project is a long-range Redevelopment Plan and near-term project improvements to accommodate anticipated economic activity at the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal. The development concepts and infrastructure improvements identified in the Redevelopment Plan would result in a sustainable terminal capacity (STC) at TAMT in 2035 of approx. 4.6 million metric tons annually. The near term Demolition and Initial Rail Component, would demolish two under-utilized transit sheds and install an automated rail lubricator and compressed air system on existing tracks.
