CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0075-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Land Veritas Corp, Tracey Brownfield.
The project is the development of the Petersen Ranch Mitigation Bank through grading, planting, and invasive species removal activities to establish, restore, enhance, and preserve aquatic and upland habitats. Streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0075-R5 authorizes establishment, re-establishment, rehabilitation, and enhancement to a total of 12.68 acres of CDFW streams located within the property.
