Document Description
The project proposes to construct a residential development on an undeveloped parcel in the community of Rancho Penasquitos in the northern area of the city of San Diego. Total property acreage is 67 acres of which 18 acres will be developed. Development will be confined to the north-central portion of the property on the basically flat ridge top. The remaining 49 acres will be Multi-Habitat Planning Area (MHPA) Open Space and will not be developed except for a utility line that extends from the southern end of the residential development to a proposed utilities line in La Jolla Valley.
