Document Description
The Project Site consists of 479.3 acres; 457.4 acres within VTTM 071377 and 21.9 acres for External Map improvements. VTTM is proposed to be developed with 1,150 mf residential units and 2,624,000 sf of commercial uses, anticipated to be comprised of approximately 917,000 sf office uses, 250,000 sf of hospitality uses, and 1,457,400 sf of commercial retail uses. A 50,000 sf public facility is also proposed. The Project includes 270.7 acres of development and undeveloped open space. The external map improvements located outside of VTTM 071377 include utility improvements and grading activities; drainage and driveway improvements; street improvements; a future pedestrian bridge over Magic Mountain Parkway; and future signage.
