Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances approved the 1795 Lon Beach Boulevard Removal Action Workplan (RAW). The project site is approx. one-acre, unpaved, vacant lot. The Project Site is bordered to the north by Pacific Coast Highway followed by a car wash, to the east by Long Beach Boulevard and the Los Angeles Metro Blue Line railway, followed by a Chevron gasoline service station, to the south by a bakery, nail salon, and residential housing, and to the east by North Palmer Cour, followed by automotive repair facilities and residential housing.
