Document Description
The project includes the construction and operation of an approx. 597,818 net sq. ft. single building, consisting of a high-cube logistics warehouse use with associated offices. Four applications are associated with the Project: (1) Tentative Parcel Map No. 19693 (TTM 14-014); (2) Zone Change No. 14-012 to add APN's 1119-221-41 (approx. 4.81 acres) within the Approved Warehousing Distribution Logistics Overlay District (WDLOD) of the project site (APN's 1119-241-19, 1119-221-02, and 1119-221-44 are already subjected to the approved WDLOD); (3) CUP No. 14-034 to permit construction of a warehouse and set forth conditions and parameters for the operations of the use; and (4) Design Review Project NO. 14-024 to approve the site plan, site improvements, landscaping plans, and architectural elevations for the Project.
