The Project includes the construction and operation of approximately 597,818 net sf "high-cube" logistics warehouse use with associated offices. The Project would consists of a single building containing 597,818 sf of ground-floor logistics warehouse operations and supporting office spaces. There are four applications associated with the Project: (1) Tentative Parcel Map No. 14-000014; (2) Zone Change No. 14-000024 to add APN's 1119-221-19 and 119-221-41 (approximately 3.07 acres) within the Approved WDLOD of the Project site; (3) Conditional Use Permit No. 14-000034 to permit construction of a warehouse and set forth conditions and parameters; and (4) Design Review Panel No. 14-000024 to approve the site plan, site improvements, landscaping plans, and architectural elevations for the Project.
