Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA) No. 1600-2021-0005-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District as represented by Betsy Miller. The project is limited to routine maintenance of fourteen existing groundwater recharge basins and a portion of a canal (3.1 miles/11.27 acres) within the Upper Santa Ana River Wash. The routine maintenance activities include excavation/land clearing, vegetation management, and in-kind repair of existing signage, gates, fence, access roads and ramps.
